Body Back Transformation is an 8 week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval training with cardio, strength, and core exercises as the basic building blocks, giving clients a total-body workout in a team environment. Body Back Transformation includes: 2 workouts a week, each ending with a meditation, accountability for your nutrition and fitness goals, physical challenges in addition to the workout, a private Facebook group with support and community connection, and pre and post assessments with measurements and pictures.
FIT4MOM is the country's largest fitness program for moms offering fitness classes for every stage of motherhood - prenatal, postpartum, and beyond. We offer Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre for pregnant moms and moms with stroller aged children, Fit4Baby for pregnant mom, and Body Back for moms whose children are any age.
