This package includes 1 physical examination at University Pet Clinic for a dog, cat, rabbit, guinea pig, ferret, or "pocket pet" as well as a microchip with the registration.

Winning bidders attending Puttin' on the Dog may pick up their item at the gala, April 21st at Loews Ventana Canyon, after 9pm. Items may be picked up after the event beginning on Tuesday, April 24th at 635 W Roger Rd, Tucson AZ 85705 from 10 am to 5 pm. Items not picked up by July 1st, 2018 will be forfeited.
