Item Description
Francine Martinie Chough, an Instructor and the Children's Program Manager at the Alliance, is a native from Autun in Burgundy. Francine currently teaches a course on French gastronomy at the Alliance. She enjoys cooking and has taught many cooking classes through community education in Vancouver, WA.
Francine will conduct a personalized private cooking lesson (2 hours) in French, in your own home. You choose the dish or the recipe that's been giving you difficulty or perhaps you've never dared to try. Francine will help you master it in a one-on-one lesson (no puff pastry or croissant, please). You provide the ingredients, and Francine will take it from there, sharing her expertise in the cuisine she learned at home in Burgundy.
This is a lesson for one person only.
