Item Description
The 3 course meal for four guests will be prepared for you by Chef Nicholas to suit your tastes and any dietary restrictions you may have. Wine pairings donated by Chef Nicholas' parents will be included in each course for those over 21. The location of the dinner is Chef Nicholas' home in Burns Park in Ann Arbor.
Chef Nicholas Bruzzano (13), has been cooking since he was 5. He works weekly with Chef Brandon Johns, Chef owner of Grange Kitchen and Bar in Ann Arbor and with Pastry Chef Bryant Stuckey. He won Chopped Junior in 2016 and has made appearances on other shows. He has been a celebrity chef at the Growing Hope Chef's Dinner, The Westend Farmer's Market and at the Ypsilanti Food Awards. His recipes have appeared in numerous magazines and websites including Al Dente Pasta. He has raised over $1,500 for charities in the last year including Burns Park Elementary, Growing Hope, Ozone House and the Ann Arbor Youth Chorale. He specializes in farm to table cuisine.
