Immerse yourself in the best of nature and agriculture in the Russian River Valley Resort Area in Sonoma County – just minutes from the popular vacation destination town of Guerneville, CA. and close to many classic California attractions. The 80-acre Ranch is nestled in the redwoods in a fertile valley on Fife Creek, near the Russian River Valley Resort Area and adjacent to Armstrong Woods State Park Natural Reserve.

The Tree House at Forest View Ranch is a one-room cottage that sits on a fifteen-foot high Redwood that was harvested in the 1800’s. The Tree House has a private deck with a view of the seasonal creek and the surrounding orchards. Enjoy a serene experience or have an exciting adventure in the surrounding area. While you are staying at the Ranch you have numerous trails and paths that will take you throughout the Ranch. There is an outdoor kitchen and pool for guests to enjoy. When the fresh fruits that encompass the Ranch come into season you are welcome to pick fruit from the trees to enjoy.

Item Special Note

Pick Up: School parents (and others who contact us by 9 am on Monday, May 7) can pick up this item at Sebastopol Charter School on Thursday, May 10th, from 12-2pm OR Friday, May 11th, from 1-4pm. Details about pick up location, any additional pick up times, and scheduling a special pick up time will be emailed to winning bidders at the close of auction.

Shipping: If you are not a school parent, this item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you contact us at fundraising@thecharterfoundation.org by Monday, May 7, at 9 am, to elect pick up instead of shipping. The estimated shipping charge for this item is $5.45.

Please note that if the item is a gift certificate, a gift card, tickets, or a similar item, it cannot be insured. We will send it by certified mail. For other items, the shipping charge will include insurance.

The Charter Foundation is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
