With a history dating back to 1863, Cognac Hardy is well known for quality cognacs and traditional production methods. Passed down throughout the generations, this family house of Cognac, which can be recognized by its rooster logo, was one of the very first to embrace a worldwide distribution network. Thanks to the love of an entrepreneurial Englishman for the French Charentaise countryside, Cognac Hardy boasts a 150-year history of providing a range of cognacs to the four corners of the globe.
Hardy XO Rare exhibits sunset-orange color. Savory bouquet is ripe and fruity through all sniffings. The stunningly elegant flavors marry ripe pear, roasted almond and apricot scents to cheese-like rancio. Finishes firmly and long. An opulent, plump style.
Hardy VSOP charms the eye with its bronze colour and deep, attractive tints, and the nose with its fresh pear scents, leading into warmer walnut notes and spicy cinnamon hints. The flavours on the palate are quite simply perfectly balanced.
Elation Nectar de Poire is produced from Pear Williams, selected at the peak of their ripeness. The juicy fruit is macerated in aged cognac creating a liqueur with striking aromas of pear & delightful hints of honey & vanilla. The perfect marriage between pear & cognac.
