Item Description
Hi-Lo is a rejuvenation of the classic neighborhood corner store that celebrates the thirst for local and regionally focused craft beer and wine, new American whiskeys, and artisanal spirits. They also offer an elevated selection of convenience items, epicurean snacks, gourmet foods and heritage sundries.
I love this place. It's basically a hipster bodega in the best way, with all kinds of interesting beer, wine and liquor, plus snacks and even some groceries. It has an Instagram-ready exterior and a highly curated vibe inside. I stopped in for some whiskey and left with multiple items, all of which have turned out to be excellent purchases. The guy working there (Aaron, I think?) was super friendly and helpful and unpretentious. I appreciated that he steered me towards the midrange whiskeys because I was making cocktails and didn't try to sell me on a needlessly more expensive purchase. The one I bought I hadn't tried before and it was perfect. – HJ U., YELP
Wow, what a cool market. This gem of a market has a highly, highly curated selection of booze. All the best whiskeys, rums, gins and tequilas. They have Tony's chocolate (the best) and are stocked with the best bread, eggs, and milk. It's a lovely space.... so tasteful. I could browse here for hours! – Ari R., YELP
Smart chic design, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and a good selection of food and drink. I picked up some great gifts. Prices are reasonable, and the store's layout is welcoming and easy to navigate. A fine place to pick up treats! – K R., YELP
