Item Description
Calling all whale lovers! This modern Carbara twist pen has bright chrome hardware and a unique profile that is very comfortable to use. The body of the pen is acrylic in the Orca pattern that has been polished on a lathe. It measures just under 5 inches and takes Parker style ink or gel refills. It comes in a velvet draw-string pouch. Why not splurge and buy a one-of-a-kind whimsical pen for that special someone in your life...or you could just spoil yourself for once!
John Baker started making pens on the lathe in 2017 to help him recover from a bone marrow transplant. Doing so in support of WSOS provides him with inspiration, motivation on the tough days and, most importantly, a sense of accomplishment, of 'giving back' in some small way. This is the second auction he's contributing to and he hopes to continue for many years.
