Item Description
Hudson Vineyards' Chardonnay winemaking protocol employs a slow and spontaneous fermentation process that lasts 12 to 14 months. For this magnum (1.5L) of their 2015 Chardonnay, a total of 19 months were spent in 80% new oak culminating in a cerebral wine of concentration and poise. Robert Parker rated this Chardonnay 96 pts., noting its preserved lemon, orange peel, and toasted almonds facets, calling it concentrated, nervy, and persistent.
