The most well-balanced flavors of olive oils come from blending olives to combine fruity, buttery, herbaceous and peppery oils. A classic olive oil set for the foodie who prefers non-citrus blends is a wonderful introduction to the many flavors of European olive varietals. Try the Greek olive oil with hummus and black cracked pepper paired with a warm pita. Indulge in the Italian blend drizzled with mozzarella Caprese. Drizzle the Mediterranean blend over brussels sprouts with lemon and Pecorino and last but not least stir in the Spanish blend with paella.

Pick Up: School parents (and others who contact us by 9 am on Monday, May 7) can pick up this item at Sebastopol Charter School on Wednesday, May 9, between 2 and 4 pm, OR Friday, May 11, 1-3:30pm. Details about pick up location, any additional pick up times, and scheduling a special pick up time will be emailed to winning bidders at the close of auction.
Shipping: If you are not a school parent, this item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you contact us at fundraising@thecharterfoundation.org by Monday, May 7, at 9 am, to elect to pick up the item.
Shipping and insurance fees will be determined at auction close. The Charter Foundation is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
