Item Description
Year long membership to “Nurturing Consistency in Compassionately Getting A Hold of Yourself”.
This class-series is for SHIFTING those moments when we are not at our best. It's learning to compassionately, effectively, and joyfully get a hold ourselves, whatever the moment brings.
For all of 2018, every month Sheryl Stoller ( A PCI Certified Parent Coach) will be covering a new aspect of what is required for Nurturing Consistency in Compassionately Getting A Hold of Yourself.
The group will meet at The HeartGarden Studio in Oak Park, IL twice each month – the first for learning and discussing the topic, and the second for diving deeper. Come to as many or as few as you’d like, sequentially or randomly. The times are the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm, and the last Saturday of each month at 1:30pm.
We are all creating an Emotional-Legacy™ for our children. What's the one you want to create? Let’s do this together, so we can look forward to consistently and compassionately getting a loving hold of ourselves, whatever emotions or circumstances arise!
