Escape the crowds, truly relax and experience the beauty, cuisine and friendly culture of Jamaica.  Nestled in Little Bay, a small fishing village on Jamaica’s southwest tip, sits an ideal getaway: Lookout Cove.  Here you will find a secluded paradise of gardens, swimming lagoons, unspoiled beaches, breathtaking sunsets and a Jamaican Staff who will treat you as if you were family.

Lookout Cove is a private oceanfront estate located 10 miles from the popular tourist town of Negril and is within a 1 ½ hour drive of the Montego Bay Airport.  Even though the estate is removed from the hustle bustle of the tourist areas, it is still close enough to a major airport and town, should you want to venture into Negril during your stay.  Although once you arrive, you might not want to leave the splendor of Lookout Cove and the immediate surrounding area!

Little Bay is a remote town with two sandy beaches separated by a stretch of low cliffs.  Within a short walk from these beaches, discover Lookout Cove on 3 ½ private acres overlooking the Caribbean.  On the estate grounds, enjoy lush tropical foliage, swim in the mineral pool, play a game of tennis or simply unwind.  If you want to explore outside of the property, there are nearby caves, snorkeling reefs, deep-sea fishing areas and deserted beaches. You will also find a local golf course, if you fancy a round.   For anyone seeking even more adventure, zip lining and horseback riding along the ocean are available not more than a few miles away by car. 

Regardless of how you decide to spend your week, the staff is there to pamper you and to help you experience Lookout Cove and Little Bay as you wish.  They will cook for you and keep your rooms clean and can arrange to show you the village or take you to Negril. Your stay at the villa includes a full breakfast and delicious dinner prepared on site daily, so you will enjoy traditional Jamaican dishes and some of the freshest fruit and fish that you can imagine!

The luxurious villa where you still stay offers plenty of space to accommodate up to 6 guests.  There are 3 well-furnished bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and living and dining areas.  You won’t miss the captivating sunsets, ocean breezes and views from this spectacular home.  The villa is complete with several covered porches connected to many room of the house and an additional “lookout” on the highest level.

A $1,500 portion of the final bid will be given to Lookout Cove, with remaining proceeds going to Charlestown Playhouse.  This amount is retained to cover the costs of the full-time staff service and the purchase of food requirements.

This is for a one week stay at the villa for up to 6 guests. The rental is from a Saturday to a Saturday for a total of 7 nights.  It can be used within of year of the auction date (until May 2019).  Each day, breakfast and dinner are prepared and provided on site. Snacks and soda are also included. The staff are happy to accommodate special food needs or requests that your party might have.  It does not include alcohol, but the staff can arrange the purchase of alcohol for you with advanced payment for those items.

Airfare is not included.  Transportation to and from the airport and additional transportation during your stay are not included.  Lookout Cove can arrange transportation during the week, from arrival until departure, for an additional cost.

Tips are not included in the rental price.  If you are satisfied with the service, a tip of $100 per guest per week is suggested.  The tips will be split among the staff.  You can also adjust the amount for exceptional service.
