Item Description
Winner will receive a certificate for one child cleaning, dental exam, oral health educational tips and fluoride.
During the exam, the dentist will check all child's existing teeth for decay, examine child's bite, and look for any potential problems with the gums, jaw, and oral tissues. Dentist will also educate parents about oral health care basics for children and discuss dental developmental issues and answer any questions parents may have.
Apple Dental Care is Pediatric and Orthodontist practice exclusively dedicated to children. Certificate is valid for our two locations 2062 N Milwaukee & 3012 W Fullerton Ave. We are equipped with eleven chairs, eleven operatory rooms and expanding to six additional operatory rooms. We have the latest technology in the Pediatric dentistry and Orthodontics field. With a passion for care and academia, three members of our team are faculty members at University of Illinois in Chicago. It is our mission to provide high quality dental care to children. We were pioneers with the Illinois Department of Public Health and Chicago Public Schools to implement an oral health program in Chicago public schools, since then we are proud to be part of the school-based oral health services with The City of Chicago. With a beautiful playground, a magnificent carousel and a photo booth for older kids, any child-teen will have a blast in our office!
