Item Description
This comprehensive collection of photographs of Jewish life in London (circa 1960's - 1980's) by photographer, Juliette Soester is a treasure purchased at Christie's Auction House. They actually tell a story, especially when you view the photos as a collection.
Each of the 3 collections represent different aspects of Jewish life: 1) Synagogues 2) Children and 3) Jewish owned stores. This posting is for the Synagogue collection.
It is obvious that Ms. Soestra composed these photos with a careful and loving eye.
