Item Description
3 hour consultation with licensed Architect. Architectural renovation and interiors specialization.
William M. Cohen is a registered architect and holds a Masters Of Architecture In Urban Design from Harvard University. Versed in the challenges and opportunities inherent in planning new construction, restoration and expansion projects in some of the most desirable and diverse city and suburban settings, William values flow and context, and, most importantly, the delight of a client whose expectations have been exceeded and whose vision of a space has culminated in something functional, flexible, pleasurable and welcoming.
In business since 1988, William has had the good fortune of working with 90% of his customers on more than one occasion, allowing him to facilitate their evolving lifestyles from small city apartments for young couples, to sprawling country estates for successful executives, and ultimately to projects for the children and families of his earliest clients.
William is known for his expertise, his innovative approach to problems, out-of-the-box thought process, and a collaborative friendly way of working with his clients. This approach allows him to stay connected to his clients after the official project closeout and well into the on-going decisions of usage of the space, changes, placement of acquired art and prized collections.
