Item Description
Five Class package to Sweat Garage which is High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in a fun, positive, motivating class. The workout combines treadmill running with dumb bells, kettle bells, slam balls, jump ropes, resistance training and functional movements into timed intervals. Every day targets different muscle groups so you can sustain a multiple day, back-to-back schedule without overworking your body.
Item Special Note
Items available for pickup at the Larchmont Charter Administrative Office, 444 N. Larchmont Blvd., #207, Los Angeles, CA 90004 on Tuesday, May 15 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If you are not local or can not pick up your items on May 15, the item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you make alternate arrangements for pick up by emailing us at gala@larchmontcharter.org
Bidder is responsible for a shipping and handling fee (gift certificates will be shipped for free,) which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS, and billed at standard industry rates.
