Lost & Found tells the remarkable story of a family photo album that was owned and assembled in the years leading up to World War II by Anna Warshawska, who was deported in 1943 from the Kovno Ghetto together with most of her family. Lost & Found will be on view from October 2018 through February 2019.
Kindertransport illuminates the story of the Kindertransport (German for "Children's Transport"), the organized rescue efforts that brought thousands of Jewish children from Nazi Germany to Great Britain between 1938 and 1940. The first museum exhibition in America to focus on the Kindertransport, the exhibition will explore the story of this rescue effort through moving personal stories, artifacts, and engaging media. Kindertransport will be on view from October 30, 2018 through March 2019.
