Dare to set a goal for yourself this summer that is outside your current comfort of reach.
A fellow Las Lomitas parent who is passionate about mountains and adventure is offering to share his passion and help you cook up an adventure of a lifetime. Nils will pick you up in his customized Mercedes Sprinter Adventure Van and take you high up into the sierras for a weekend of fun. He will act as your personal guide, chef, coach and entertainer to ensure you have a great time !
Details:
Best suited for the physically active individual whom is getting bored with the status quo and wants to “go big” in the mountains but might not have the confidence or experience for such an endeavor. Perfect for hikers or trail runners!
This is not a walk in the park so don’t buy this if you don’t want to be challenged!
Nils will work with you to prepare you for success by helping you develop a training program during the summer so that you are ready and also ensure you have the right clothing and gear.
You can choose from a variety of locations and degrees of difficulty from “Medium” to “Hard” to “Extreme” within your own capability realm. It will either be a long day hike or an adventure run. (20+ miles)
We will drive to a pre determined location and camp near or at the trailhead in the Sprinter and enjoy a gourmet dinner and relaxing time at the campfire. You will sleep in the master “suite” aka the van which is a full sized memory foam bed and Nils will sleep outside. There is no bathroom in the van but will be surrounded by the great outdoors.

Saturday: Leave at dawn and return at dusk.
Saturday night: Another great dinner and campfire. Gaze at the stars.
Sunday. A short morning activity to shake out the prior days effort followed by the drive home.
