Louis M. Martini 2014 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon - The 2014 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark burgundy color and has deep layers of aromas and flavors that include blackberry, blueberry and black current. Rich and full-bodied, this superbly balanced wine has an expansive mid-palate and a long finish. 

Allegrini 2013 Palazzo Della Torre IGT - This is one of the wines that has made Allegrini famous throughout the world. The vineyard surrounds Villa della Torre, a splendid masterpiece of Renaissance architecture now owned by the family, and produces a full-bodied red wine that has an ageing potential of at least ten years. The blend is the historic combination of Corvina and Rondinella with the addition of a small quantity of Sangiovese. A small percentage of the harvested grapes are left to dry out until December and then added to the previously vinified fresh grapes. The result is a velvety, well-balanced red wine that proffers mature, pulpy fruit.  

Mount Peak Winery v.2015 Gravity Red Blend - This wine is named after a remote, hard to reach block on the Monte Rosso Vineyard.  Its location on the edge of a canyon and its steepness produces grapes with exceptional intensity.  Five varieties - Petite Sirah, Sangioviese, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache - create a vivid expression of the power and depth of the vineyard.  This dark, dense wine is layered with dark cherry, plum and blackberry tones and hints of cocoa powder and coffee.  The full-body and luscious mouthfeel are framed by assertive tannins and a long, concentrated finish with truffle, caramel and toasty oak.

J Vineyards & Winery 2015 Pinot Noir (Monterey County/Sonoma County/Santa Barbara) -  Since 1986, J Vineyards & Winery has developed a reputation as one of the top sparkling and varietal wine producers in California. J has come to be known for its celebrated estate vineyards, contemporary winery and world-class hospitality. Winemaker Nicole Hitchcock showcases her expertise and the diversity of California winegrowing regions through a portfolio of high quality varietal and sparkling wines of distinction. This wine has aromatic notes of exotic spice, cherry preserves and black tea. The palate is plush, jammy and ripe with flavors of spicy black pepper, cola and plum.

Talbott Vineyards 2014 Chardonnay Sleepy Hollow Vineyard - This wine is  charming expression of the world-class Chardonnay that can be produced from Talbott's Sleepy Hollow Vineyard when complemented with French oak nuances.  A lively minerality add complexity to flavors of pear, green apple and fleshy nectarine.  Rich and luxurious, this Chardonnay finishes silky smooth with a comforting note of cinnamon.

William Hill Estate 2017 Sauvignon Blanc - This is a deeply layered, exquisitely balanced example of a classic grape variety.  It is rich and lingering, offering density and weight on the palate while maintaining the grapes signature bright acidity and hints of minerality.  Opening with aromas of passionfruit, grape fruit and Kaffir lime, the creamy mid-palate features notes of white peach, honeydew and guava.  Juicy, tropical notes linger on the long, persistent finish.
