Item Description
Verve: high energy Vertu: excellence in objects of art. Verve Vertu is
part of the Deutsch Institute which is dedicated to enriching and
expanding leisure and recreation interest for persons with special
needs. Artists attend the art studio Monday thru Thursday 9-3. Fiber
arts are a main concentration of work. Felted wallets, pins, silk scarves,
printed tee shirts- all one of a kind pieces of wearable art can be
purchased during a visit to the studio in Dallas. Framed pieces of water
color, acrylics and silk batik are created in the studio daily. Exhibits are
held throughout the year at various venues and commissions are
welcome. This piece is titled “Turtle Totem” is a Batik. It is valued at
$150.00 and was created for the WVIA Auction at the Verve Vertu Art
Studio by artist William Herron.

This item is designated as Pick-Up and may be picked up at the station starting on Monday June 4th. If you prefer shipping we can comply at your request but will need to process the cost of shipping to the winning bidder in addition to the winning bid amount.
