Item Description
Good food is all the sweeter when shared with good friends. How sweet would it be to enjoy dinner with seven of your friends in New Albany, Mississippi's very own Sugaree's Bakery second floor test kitchen?!
Established in 1997, Main Street member, Sugaree's Bakery, is a small batch bakery located in New Albany's historic downtown. Sugaree's bakery was born in the domestic kitchen of owner, Mary Jennifer Russell, and soon grew so large that it needed it's own commercial space. Classic, southern layer cakes, jaw-dropping pies, breads, sweet cupcakes, specialty cookies, and amazing ice cream sandwiches are just a few of the treats created behind the doors of 110 and 112 W. Bankhead Street.
Now you and seven of your friends can get a peek at the upstairs test kitchen! But just a peek wouldn't be as fun as if the kitchen came furnished with someone to dazzle you with delicious food! Don't worry, we've got that covered. Local expert of authentic Mexican cuisine, Laura Fernandez Osorio, will amaze you with her culinary skills. Guacamole, tomatilla sauce, sopes, tacos...all created with fresh ingredients before your very eyes while you sip on refreshing drinks.
Gather your friends and be sure to bid on this fabulous opportunity to bring downtown dining to new heights!
Special Note: If you are the highest bidder of this item, you will be put in contact with Laura to select a Saturday evening that works for both of you. The event will be scheduled for 2 hours and must be used by October 31, 2018.
