Item Description
A sycamore tree can grow to massive proportions and is well adapted to the climates of the Eastern United States. They grow from Nebraska to Maine in the north, and into Florida and Texas in the south. The massive trunks often split near the ground into several secondary trunks, with far reaching spreading limbs. This gavel represents the spread of the Elks.
Grand Exalted Ruler Malcolm J. McPherson, Jr., will use this unique gavel for action associated with the election of Grand Lodge officers at the Elks National Convention.
After the closing ceremony, we will ship the gavel to the winning bidder, along with a certificate of authenticity signed by GER McPherson and Grand Secretary Bryan Klatt.
