Item Description

'Merino wool handbag' This handbag is a unique piece of wearable art from Coarse CLoth Ltd., crafted by hand using an antique, manual knitting machine and the age-old technique called boiled wool. 

Extra fine merino wool yarn is imported from the renowned Italian mill Zegna Baruffa Lane Borgosesia S.P.A.

Vegetable tanned, English bridle leather omes from Wickett and Craig of America, one of the few remiaing tanneries still working excusively with this non-toxic method of tanning, using only American hides.

Lining fabric is GOTS certified organic blend of cotton and linen.

Custom, brushed-nickel D-rings and hardwaree lacquer finished for durability. The interior pocket zipper is metal, YKK, US made.

A sterling silver logo plate subtly adorns the center of this bad and will patina and darken over time.

All artwork can either be picked up at the CherryArts Offices from Tuesday, July 10th through Thursday, July 12th or shipped to the recipient address. Pick-up hours at the office are 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at 2 Steele Street, B-100 (lower level of the Bank of the West building at Ellsworth and Steele.)
