Item Description

'Never Stop Learning' is an ode to the history of education in the Northern regions of Colorado. The Lone Tree School House is a historical property in Loveland, CO and is part of the story of this art town. Using historical documents and images discovered during research as well as vintage elements describing the education system at the time of the Lone Tree School House, the collage background tells the underlying story of the school house and the importance of education as the town of Loveland began. This piece is a call to care for our teachers and students and to never stop learning. This piece was created using paper collage and oil paint on cradled panel.
