Beyond Basics Physical Therapy is proud to offer an hour, one-on-one, Pilates session with Kierstin Elliott. The session will provide a relaxing and inviting atmosphere for the participant to deeply encounter the simpler movements of the Pilates form, to examine their own functional anatomy, and to move through and around any current fitness barriers. The session will be taught according to the level and goals of the participant. Please note this offer expires July 2019.

Item Special Note
Kierstin Elliott holds a BS in Dance from Wayne State University where she also received her Stott Pilates certification. Her passion for movement, kinesiology, and how the body functions, has propelled her through the fitness industry in New York over the past 5 years. She has delved further into her training garnering a skill set that includes injury rehabilitation, pre and post natal Pilates, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
