Item Description
41" x 36" beautifully framed Stratford on Avon in England picture by James Fairman.
An offset lithograph after James Fairman titled Stratford-on-Avon. The print depicts a green rolling landscape with children and a dog playing, and cattle drinking from a stream, in the foreground, with a red roofed castle in the distance.
The artist’s signature appears in the print at the lower right corner. His name is printed in block letters below the image at the left corner, with the title reading “Stratford – On – Avon The Birthplace of Shakespeare” in the center and the name of the engraver “James Duthie” below the image at the lower right corner. The print is presented with an off-white mat in a gold tone wood frame. Wired for hanging.
