Item Description

There can be no doubt that Derek Carr is the answer the Raider Nation has long been seeking at QB. The younger brother of the number one overall pick in the 2002 NFL draft, and fellow Fresno State alumnus, David Carr, Derek threw for 12,843 passing yards and 113 touchdowns during his three years as a Bulldog. Wearing the number 4 of his favorite NFL player, Brett Favre, Carr won the Sammy Baugh Trophy in 2013, awarded annually to the nation's top collegiate passer. Derek was selected by the Oakland Raiders in the 2nd round of the 2014 NFL Draft. On September 1, Raiders head coach Dennis Allen announced that Carr would start over Matt Schaub in the team's opener against the New York Jets making Carr the first rookie quarterback in Raiders history to start a season. Derek finished his rookie season with 3,270 passing yards and 21 touchdowns. He became the first Raiders QB to start all 16 games since Rich Gannon in 2002. And Derek and the Raiders were playoff bound in 2016...the first postseason appearance in 14 years. Good things are happening in Raider Nation thanks to this Pro-Bowler! This action "Touchdown Raaaaiders!" 8x10 photograph is hand-signed by Carr and SGA Quality Framed in black wood moulding, UV-protective glass, classic Raiders double-matting and SGA Exclusive "Raider Nation" Floating Plate. A great gift for any fan of the Silver & Black!
