Item Description
Editor Matt Straus’ Kitchen Work is a printed, quarterly journal of food and the table, the pantry and the wine cellar, gardens and farms and markets and dining rooms. Stories from big kitchens and small kitchens, about cooking, the business of food and the state of restaurants, about family and friends and strangers. What and how we eat and drink.
The team at Heirloom Café, a venue offering a wide variety of aged wines from a carefully managed cellar, and serving simple, very well-prepared food at reasonable prices, are the publishers of Kitchen Work and would welcome your submissions – whether they be about food and wines, cooking, markets, restaurants – anything and everything you would like to share.
And, Heirloom Café wants you to get ready for a hands-on gnocchi-making class for up to 10 people conducted at the Cafe – roll the dough – and after the demonstration, sit down to a 3-course Gnocchi dinner with wine and fresh baked cookies in the Café.
To be arranged for a mutually agreeable date. Valid through September 30, 2019.
