This secret garden and koi pond is where the club's bowling alley once rumbled. Through the gallery sits the hand-carved original bar of The Comet Club. This space leads you to the Garden Room pass the bar and gallery enter the French door left of the sunshine yellow wall into your private bed and bath. This area is cat-free for allergic sensitive guests. Enjoy the garden view through the sliding glass door in the bedroom or slip outside to sit by the fountain over the koi pond with late spring to summer cascading fragrant roses and lush tranquility. The spiral staircase carries you up to the deck off the kitchen for a view above the garden and over the city. In summer a flower box of lavender with yellow coreopsis bookends soak up the southern exposure and an umbrella offers shade. Enjoy a sip on the deck with a moon rise in the east and sunset over the city to the west. For pleasure and work, this quiet secluded room will offer both relaxing and productive stays.
