The Firehouse has received prestigious awards including “America’s 100 Best Wine Restaurants” from Wine Enthusiast and “Best of Award of Excellence” by Wine Spectator for sixteen consecutive years.

Director of Culinary Operations Chef Jay C. Veregge works closely with local farmers, fishers and growers to create superb, fresh and seasonal menus. A sample tasting dinner includes:

First course: Seared Diver Scallop

Second course: Seared Foie Gras and Huckleberry

Third course: Smoked Lobster and Sweet Corn

Fourth: Passmore Ranch Steelhead Trout

Fifth: Honey Sponge Cake with Roasted Apricots and Marcona Almonds

Each course will be paired with the appropriate wine. Gratuity is not included. To be arranged for a mutually agreeable date. Holidays and December excluded. Valid until September 30, 2019.
