Item Description

Stoneware Cone 10

1" x 11.75" x 11.75"

This is a stoneware plate, fired cone10 reduction with cobalt and copper red glazes. The trellis pattern is hand-painted with latex resist between layers of glaze. This piece is special because the Caitlin is no longer working at a studio with a gas kiln, therefore is no longer able to use her favorite two glazes.

Caitlyn Marsh is now a resident artist at the Mother Brook Arts and Community Center and resides on the lower lever next to her classroom. In 2018 Caitlyn was included in the LACS State of Clay, which lead to her work being published in the summer edition of Ceramics Monthly and artscope magazine. Her work is available at the Fuller Craft Museum, the AAM, and several MA shops & galleries.
