Item Description
Two tickets for Open Fist's current show (All Night Long) and two tickets for the next show (Last Call):
All Night Long (running through Oct 21, 2018)
A play by John O'Keefe, Directed by Jan Munroe
An outrageously funny, surreal sit-com about 18 hours in the life of an all-American nuclear family. Luis Buñuel and André Breton meet The Jetsons in O'Keefe's award-winning, dark yet whimsical exploration of family relationships. Apocalyptic images, astral projection, thought transference and powerful symbols from the subconscious combine with humorous elements of everyday reality. As the mother in the play says, "Don't explain it, you might run out of ways to look at it."
Last Call (Jan, Feb 2019)
A play by Anne Kenney, directed by Lane Allison.
The Vaughn family’s go-to defense mechanism of sarcasm and mordant humor falls short when the aging parents hatch a not-so-funny way to avoid the retirement home.
About the Playwright: Anne Kenney is a wonderfully talented writer and producer, known for her outstanding work on the series Outlander, Greek, Switched at Birth, and Hellcats.
