Enjoy two nights in Maine's premier family beach resort, Old Orchard Beach. Relax in a quaint three room, one-bedroom, one-bath cottage with a white picket fence, screened in porch, front yard and fire pit. The cottage can accommodate four people and has a full kitchen, washer and dryer. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, and is a 5-minute walk to the beach or Historic Old Orchard Beach Pier. If you're hungry for Maine's lobster, the cottage is a one-minute walk to the lobster pound. This is the perfect getaway to sit back and enjoy Maine's oceanfront, year round fun and delicious lobster.
Item Special Note
Reservations must be booked 45 days in advance. Valid for a two (2) night stay, Friday and Saturday or two consecutive nights Monday - Thursday between 4/16/19 and 10/19/19. Not valid for July 4th or Labor Day.
Items and certificates may be picked up at the Perkins Trust office at 175 North Beacon Street in Watertown, MA, Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM EST. Certificates will be mailed to winning bidders at no charge. If a winning bidder is unable to pick up an item, it will be shipped to them and they will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Shipping of items will be handled by FedEx. Please contact them at 1-800-463-3339 and choose Option 5 for an estimate.
