This item is intended to be a tapestry.
As she weaves, it's via stream of consciousness since she follows color, yarns and other materials where they lead her. She finds a meaningful conversation taking place that carries over to the viewing of them.
Gwyn Marathas holds a BFA in Fiber from UMass Dartmouth. Trained in fine arts, a passion for color and texture led her to explore the medium of fiber. Her work ranges from simple woven pieces to elaborate, hand embellished jacquard panels. Her work is inspired by nature, elements of fantasy & modern themes. She is an award-winning artist from Easton, MA. Each tapestry in Gwyn's visual narrative series is unique.

The Bidding Increments are as follows:
$1-99, the bidding increment is $5
$100-199, the bidding increment is $10
$200-499, the bidding increment is $20
$500-999, the bidding increment is $50
$1000 and up, the bidding increment is $100
This item can be shipped or picked up at the Attleboro Arts Museum from November 6-10, 2018. The Museum is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-5pm. The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
