"Building a History" is an acrylic and mixed media artwork on stretched canvas. As the name suggests, it has many layers and represents a struggle to complete. After many incarnations and layers of paint, this is the result. This piece was inspired from a class taught by Teresa Girard.
Dianne E. Miller is a mixed media artist living in Lincoln, RI. Her work takes many forms ranging from abstracts, photography, assemblage, painting and mixed media. After being a self-taught artist for many years, Dianne received a certificate in drawing and painting from the RISD in 2011. Her art has won numerous awards in RI & MA. She maintains a studio at Mad Dog Artists Studios in Pawtucket, RI.

The Bidding Increments are as follows:
$1-99, the bidding increment is $5
$100-199, the bidding increment is $10
$200-499, the bidding increment is $20
$500-999, the bidding increment is $50
$1000 and up, the bidding increment is $100
This item can be shipped or picked up at the Attleboro Arts Museum from November 6-10, 2018. The Museum is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-5pm. The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
