Your Bliss pass includes, a robe, sandals and towels but a bathing suit and/or shorts are recommended to enjoy the Outdoor Hot Mineral Spa and Eucalyptus Steam Room. You will have access to the following amenities for the full day when you book your pass: 

Eucalyptus Steam Room

Early Greeks and Romans, Native Americans, Finns and early Russians all knew the benefits of hot water vapor bathing. The release of toxins through sweat, deep breathing, with eucalyptus essential oils and steam heat will improve immunity,  relieve congestion and flush impurities while improving your sleep and allow for deep relaxation.

Himalayan Salt Room

Salt has been used for healing since ancient times. The salt therapy room at Bliss is kept at a comfortable ambient temperature accompanied by low humidity, bringing state-of-the-art technology and comfort to this time-honored technique. Salt therapy helps reduce stress, headaches, and inflammation while strengthening your respiratory tract, boosting energy and improving your sleep patterns. Reserve one of the several zero-gravity relaxation chairs for a 30-minute salt therapy session to experience. Available with any Bliss visit!

10,000 Lux Sun Sauna

Experience filtered sunshine in our sauna, which includes natural full-spectrum light and near, mid and far-infrared waves, without harmful UV rays. Individually both full-spectrum light and full infrared heat are of huge benefit to health and wellness. When used in combination, the benefits of each are multiplied exponentially. Increase natural vitamin D and serotonin production, while cleansing pores and promoting muscle relaxation.

Private Infrared Sauna

Book a private session in our private ( 1 or 2 persons) infrared sauna. Infrared heat penetrates the body, stimulating cell energy with a deep, detoxifying sweat that removes toxins from deep within. Reserve your 30-minute session, available with any bliss visit.

Outdoor Hot Mineral Spa

Relax and rejuvenate year-round in our outdoor, natural stone hot mineral spa pool. Watch the stars and snowflakes while staying comfortably warm in the refreshing 105-degree spring water. Enjoy a deep-tissue water jet massage or just listen to the crickets. There is plenty of room for friends in the 9-person tiered, stone tub. Well supply the towels!

Relaxation Room

Reset between heat and light therapies in the aromatherapy relaxation room, which is designed for comfort and tranquility. Spacious lounge and club chairs await you and be sure to hydrate with the provided fruit-infused water, tea or the chefs beverage of the day while you take in a good book or just close your eyes.
