This is a two week program. Youth or Adult.
For adults:
The ability to handle stress and crisis situations effectively, powerfully, and successfully is a skill, and you can learn this skill. You can think under pressure and have the knowledge to stand as a protector for your friends and family.
Our goal is not to defeat competitors, but to develop the protector skills and knowledge to establish peace when others might choose violence or bullying.
Dads, Moms and professionals just like you enjoy training in a fun, safe and positive environment. You too will find that the time you spend at NPMAC is both inspiring and practical and you will enjoy the physical workout and sense of accomplishment after each class
For Youth:
You want your child to grow in to a person with respect for others; to be self-directed; to be happy with earned accomplishments and to be able to discern danger and get to safety if needed. You want NPMAC award winning training. We have been serving your community since 1989 helping kids from pre-k to high school find success where others may find frustration. With each wonderful class your child practices the art of winning- paying attention, building strength, achieving goals, associating with people who are positive and learning to stand for what is right…all with the Conejo’s best instructor/student ratio for hands on coaching. We help your children evolve into leaders and peacemakers so they can take the ninja skills on the mat to success at school and home.
