Item Description
If you are looking for birth, death, or marriage information on a 20C Massachusetts ancestor, this service could fill in your family tree and maybe even break down your brick wall. I will transcribe up to five (5) vital records at the Massachusetts Registry of Vital Records, Boston. The Registry holds births, marriages, and deaths from 1926 to the present for all cities and towns in the Commonwealth.
Research fees ($9.00 per hour) and the genealogist’s time are donated. Index references are required to retrieve the records. The index is available online. The Registry is open four days a week for eleven hours.

Please note some records may be restricted by law.
No photocopying or use of a digital camera is allowed in the Research Room. The date for visiting the Registry will be determined by the winning bidder and the genealogist but will be no later than 31 March 2019. Transcriptions will be delivered by email.
