Item Description
This is a $100 Donation.
Benefit Auction guests will be asked to raise their paddles during the live auction on November 3rd to fund restoration services for select items in the Museum’s permanent collection. Our goal is $1500.
Unable to attend the auction? No problem! You can contribute to this worthy cause by donating online in advance of the auction event.
All dollars collected will help to fund the restoration of select works including artist Don Freeman’s Coachman - Central Park, a lithograph. You may recognize Freeman’s style - as he was the creator of the children’s classic Corduroy.
NOTE: Coachman – Central Park will be on view in February 2019 when selections from the permanent collection will be on display in Animal Magnetism. The museum holdings in this exhibition reference the animal kingdom, feature beloved pets and honor animals at work.
