Built in 1873, The Lighthouse Preservation Society’s one-of-a-kind dining experience at the top of the Newburyport Lighthouse tower has continued to gather rave reviews from around the region. Named as “the ultimate romantic dining destination” by Boston’s Phantom Gourmet, and called “the most private and exclusive dining space in New England” by Fox TV news, the Newburyport Lighthouse has become a world-class dining destination, with people coming from as far away as Europe to dine.  Because of its complete privacy and awesome views, it has gained a reputation as a place for wedding proposals, but is equally popular for celebrating anniversaries, birthdays, and other special occasions.

Mission Oak Grill - Mission Oak Grill's menu reflects an inspiring mix of the classics utilizing indigenous ingredients. The steaks are hand-cut and grilled to perfection. Glenn's Restaurant & Cool Bar - Glenn's offers one of the most creative dining experiences in New England.  With a menu that changes daily, Glenn's Restaurant and Cool Bar serves creative World Class Cuisine in a very hip, friendly, and fun atmosphere.

Loretta Restaurant - Loretta offers regional American fare.  The menu will delight you as it changes daily to reflect the freshest foods available. They're known for a flair for seasonal, local, and surprisingly diverse dishes.

Brown Sugar by the Sea - Brown Sugar by the Sea is unique to the area, with a contemporary, creative, healthy take on traditional Thai cuisine. You will find your well-known favorites, as well as some unexpected goodies stemming from many far-flung regions of Thailand. Fresh vegetables, bright flavors, and herbs stand out in every Brown Sugar dish.
