A relaxed, intimate 4-course dinner, reflective of the French countryside in your home. Guests will work with Graham to craft a menu based on their cravings and preferences, with items locally sourced from markets and farms. Wines will be paired per course, coffee along with cognac or port will be offered with dessert.

About Graham…Try to keep it as simple as I live it: good food and full days, all washed down with something worthwhile! Schooled by 40 years in food and wine, it's all about the meals and the places where they're found. Time spent hunting for good stuff, from source to market, putting them together for something special on the plate... That's what it’s all about.
Having lived in a handful of countries throughout Europe, I've visited another 50+ around the world. The smells, meals, and kitchens of these stops have had their influence, be it a Bedouin encampment in North Africa, a backcountry farm in the Dominican, or simply slurping oysters and grilling abalone on Tomales Bay.
Introduced to the Poitou-Charente over 20 years ago, time is now split between the Bay Area and my property outside the village of Charmé in southwestern France just north of Bordeaux. The region offers an intimate connection to the land, it's food, the people, and the chance for a good wander.
