Two days: Saturday 10-4 pm AND Sunday 9-1 pm

Farmington, CA

Join us for a weekend experience to connect with the magnificent horses and beautiful landscape at Flag Ranch, a sanctuary for rescued horses. Ultimately, you’ll give yourself the gift of igniting your spirit through this horse immersion and creative writing experience. Here’s some of what you’ll receive:

- a beautiful blend of horse time, writing time, meditation time, YOU time
backdoor tools and writing prompts to access your own creativity
- an invitation to tune into the present moment to better hear your own voice
- an experience of time slowing down, allowing inspiration to flow in
insights and wisdom simply from being with the horses
- a deeper understanding of how horses communicate in a herd and how they respond to our body language
- a chance to connect with the other sweet characters at Flag Ranch, including a 600 pound pig and a goat that thinks he’s a horse
- connection with like-minded creative seekers in an intimate setting
- a feeling of being nurtured and safely held as you slip into the herd and your imagination

This joyful weekend will be facilitated by writer, poet and creative cheerleader Allison Fragakis and communications consultant, writer and director of Flag Ranch, Kimberly Carlisle.

Value: $500*  (includes delicious vegetarian lunches and snacks)
*Half of the tuition directly benefits the rescued horses at Flag Ranch, a horse-human sanctuary where a herd of over 40 horses live freely grazing 100+ acres.

No horse or writing experience required.

Space is limited to 10 people.

Note: Flag Ranch is about 2 to 2.5 hours from San Francisco with no traffic. We recommend spending the night in the sweet town of Murphys on either Friday and/or Saturday. Murphys is a gold rush town, with lots of wineries and abundant history. Check out Murphys Historic Hotel built in 1864. We will also provide a list of local hotels.
