Photo Safari Package Terms & Conditions
Please find below our Terms and Conditions regarding your Photo Safari package

Your package INCLUDES

• 6 nights stay at Zulu Nyala Heritage Safari Lodge or Tented Camp Standard Room(denendine on availability] .
• Two Game viewing drives per day on Zulu Nyala Game Reserve (Morning and afternoon drives)
• 3 meals per day - Day 1 - Lunch & Dinner - Day 2,3,4,5,6 - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner -  Day 7 - Breakfast
• Check in Time: 14hOO pm Check out Time: 10hOOam
• Subject to room availability, Zulu Nyala will, at its sole discretion; endeavor to accommodate requests for early arrivals and / or late checkouts.
• Note that there will be an additional cost should you require any early check - in or late checkout. (Depending on room availability)
• Your package EXCLUDES. airfare, airport transfers, drinks, extra meals, laundry, telephone, extra activities, accommodation and airport transfers at Zulu Nyala Country Manor.
• Your trip is valid for 2 years from the Date of Purchase. The package is nonrefundable, non-transferrable or may not be given to any other organization or person, may not be bartered or sold in any other manner unless written permission is authorized by the Zulu Nyala Group.

Reservations

• Kindly note that reservations can only be confirmed once payment has been received from the Event/Organization where you purchased the trip/package.
• It is advisable to book as soon as possible after purchasing your safari package or at least reserve your booking date one year in advance to avoid any disappointment. Kindly note that our peak season is between August and November.
• While most Properties will strive to honor your requests, Zulu Nyala cannot guarantee that your request on specific room or type of bed will be honored.

Rebooking

• Should you have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you are allowed to rebook/reschedule the trip within the 2 years of expiry day.
• There is a surcharge of$250 per person should you wish to extend your expiry date for another year.
• There will be a surcharge of $100 to transfer a trip/package from the original winner's name to another person, with written permission from Zulu Nyala.

Facilities and Services

• Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description of facilities and services of Zulu Nyala is accurate, these are continually being changed, upgraded, and on occasion taken out of service and if any feature/facility is essential to you in choosing a particular property, it is your responsibility to confirm with Zulu Nyala prior to making your booking that the feature/facility will be available during your stay.
• Zulu Nyala is not liable for omissions, errors or changes to the facilities and services at the properties, whether temporary or permanent. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types.

Special Requests

• Whilst Zulu Nyala attempts to satisfy all special requests, we do not guarantee that special requests can be accommodated.

Damages

• Zulu Nyala shall not be liable for consequential damages or indirect damages. Should any faults or shortcomings arise in the services provided byl1l Zulu Nyala, we will make every effort to correct this if the customer has broughtl1l these to our attention or made his objections promptly known. The customer is obliged I1lto make reasonable effort to rectify any fault or minimize any possible loss or damage,l1land to bring any faults or damage immediately to Zulu Nyala front desk attention. The customer is l1l also obliged to advise of the likelihood of any possible serious loss or damage withoutl1l delay. Safekeeping of baggage and personal effects shall at all times remain the Guest's risk throughout. Zulu Nyala will assume no liability for lost or damaged baggage.

Travel lnsurance

• Zulu Nyala strongly recommends that at the time of booking you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover items including but not limited to: loss of booking amount through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage, loss of money and medical expenses.
