Item Description
Two bottles of fine wine, carefully selected to match the spirit of the 4-5's!
1. Peirano Estate 2016 Petite Sa-ràh
Sometimes, all you want in life is a little patience. A deep breath. A sip of something rich, with chewy, moderate tannins, and hints of blackberry, cassis, and dramatic play. It’s a wine like a big hug or a hand to hold; take it on your home visit. It’s okay if your blocks fall down. You can build them again.
(Peirano Estate 2016 Estate Grown Lodi Petite Sirah -- Pretty bold, good with hamburgers and/or mac and cheese.)
2. Chateau de Paulo Rosé
Er, so this is a little embarrassing, but the auction committee accidentally drank the Chateau de Paulo Rosé. It was just that good, and while we are not actually capable of keeping our trousers pressed when interacting with small children, we wanted to at least imagine that we had the sort of flair it takes to have Sade write a song about us (at least, we assume the line “move in space with minimum waste, maximum joy” was about Paulo). Come in, wash your hands, sign in, and join the circle.
Anyway, we’ll have another bottle ready by the time the auction ends on October 30. For us, we mean. Heck, we’ll have one for you too. That’s what we’re here for!
(Domaine De L'Abbaye Cuvée Benjamin Côtes de Province Le Thoronet 2017 -- It's really yummy!)
