The generous owners of Formaggio Kitchen are offering a personal tour and tasting in their legendary cheese aging caves in Huron Village.
Bring 3 friends and have a wonderful experience learning from the Cambridge cheese experts. The stone caves beneath their Cambridge store hold hundreds of pounds of cheese, from 80-pound wheels of Comté to delicate-rinded blues to small logs of Belgian goat’s milk cheese. Go spelunking with their expert cheesemonger and explore the science and secrets that are hidden in our caves.
You will see an exclusive selection of cheeses from all over Europe and the US and will have a taste of a few select wheels under the guidance of owner, Ihsan Gurdal, or one of their expert Cheesemongers.
Tours are available Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 7pm and generally take 1 hour.
244 Huron Ave.
For four person group.
To be arranged at a mutually agreeable time.
