Item Description

Three-course dinner for two with wine pairing at Bar Boulud, 1900 Broadway at 64th Street, across from Lincoln Center.

Bar Boulud, Daniel Boulud’s casual bistro located across from Manhattan’s Lincoln Center, serves seasonal French fare and an impressive selection of traditional terrines and pâtés. The restaurant’s James Beard Award nominated wine program spotlights Burgundy and the Rhóne Valley. The main dining room, with its cutting edge contemporary design, includes seating at a glass encased charcuterie bar and at cozy booths flanking the wine cave-esque space. Weather permitting, dine on Bar Boulud’s outdoor terrace, situated along Broadway’s ‘Restaurant Row’.

Charcuterie at Bar Boulud

Bar Boulud features artisanally made French charcuterie, with recipes from award winning Parisian charcutier Gilles Verot, a third generation charcutier with boutiques in Paris. Practicing his art since the age of 17, Gilles Verot has been named “Champion de France du Fromage de Tête” and received the prestigious Guide Pudlowsky’s “Charcutier de l’Année”.

Resident Chef Charcutier Vivien Lallement oversees the ambitious charcuterie program daily at Bar Boulud, creating the traditional PÂTÉ GRAND-MÈRE and PÂTÉ GRAND-PÈRE, as well as seasonal specialties like POULET AUX POIVRONS and CANARD AUX FIGUES.
