This 54 pack of cards can provide a tactile and practical way to support your Mindful Eating practice. They are suitable for both community members and professionals, and feature quotes from some of the worlds most prominent experts in Mindful Eating (including TCME Board Members). The pack includes 12 "Mindful Meall Meditation" cards and will be delivered to wherever you are in the world.
Fiona Sutherland is an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist with a diverse working background including international clinical work, private practice, sports nutrition, corporate consultancy, research & working extensively in Dietetic training.
Fiona is one of Australia’s leading specialists in Mindful Eating and the NonDiet Approach (read more about it HERE) & supports eating in an individually tailored way that supports every person’s unique needs, in alignment with the HAES (Health At Every Size) (R) paradigm. Fiona co-facilitates workshops all over Australia training other Dietitians in the NonDiet Approach with Fiona Willer from Health Not Diets. Together, they aim to support Dietitians in the mindfulness and client-centred therapies. Fiona is a professional member of The Center for Mindful Eating, the internationally recognised expert group on Mindful Eating.
Fiona is also an Accredited Sports Dietian, working with elite athletes , including the young dancers at the Australian Ballet School in Melbourne and the apprentice Jockeys at the Racing Victoria Apprenticeship Program. She & Sarah work together with post graduate students at Deakin University, presenting annual workshops in Eating Behaviour, Counselling Skills and Body Image.
Fiona works in private practice in Eltham & Hawthorn, specialising in Mindful & Intuitive Eating to support people to pursue wellbeing and optimal health, and turn away from dietary restriction and unsustainable ways of eating.
