Item Description

This lot includes one (1) bottle each of the following:

One bottle (1) bottle Frei Brothers Sonoma Reserve Zinfandel - Dry Creek Valley 2015

The Dry Creek Valley is characterized by warm days, cool nights and a long and balanced growing season, ideal for Zinfandel. Our dry creek valley zinfandel displays red jam aromas with spicy notes of clove, nutmeg and cinnamon. Concentrated flavors of mixed berry compote and plum meld with hints of jam and toasty oak, framed by rustic tannins and a lingering finish.

AWARDS & ACCOLADES:
2015 Zinfandel, Dry Creek Valley
90 POINTS and Gold Medal, 2017 Sommelier Challenge

WINEMAKING NOTES
The grapes for our Zinfandel were gently destemmed, but not crushed, allowing a significant amount of whole berries in fermentation. The wine was cold soaked to extract intense color and flavor from the grapes prior to primary fermentation. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged on its lees to enhance the mouthfeel.

One bottle (1) bottle Wine Guerrilla Conte Vineyard Zinfandel - Russian River Valley 2012

A field blend of 85% Zinfandel, 10% Petite Sirah, with Carignane, Alicante Bouchet, & Grenache. 300 cases produced.

One bottle (1) bottle Wild Hog Vineyard Nova Vineyards 2014 Sangiovese - Dunnigan Hills

A big fruit driven wine with mid palate richness.
