Surrounded by trees, 100 miles from NYC, you can have a great winter vacation with a skiing & tubing minutes away at Holiday Mountain or a summer vacation with Delaware River rafting and ziplining at one of the East Coast's longest ziplines!
Head to many of the area's beautiful lakes or nature preserves for swiming and hiking. Woodstock concert fans can head 10 minutes down the road to visit the Bethel Center for the Arts, the original concert site. For the high rollers, check out the Resorts World Catskills Casino nearby. Or grab a day pass for the brand new Kartrite Water Park. Oh, yes, and for those stay-at-home types, there are lots of board games, a large screen TV with Roku, Netflix, Amazon & HBO and an outdoor fire pit for making s'mores. You can have a great time venturing out, or staying in - perfect for adventurers and couch potatoes alike any season of the year.
The home has an interior heating system, and each bedroom has a ceiling fan to enjoy those cool summer nights. Also includes a full kitchen, all linens, board games, and 2 large screen TV & Internet.
NOTE to pet allergy sufferers before bidding - the owners have a cat & dog. They will not be there when you are, but house may contain allergens.
