Your Food & Wine Pairing for four guests will include a seasonal food pairing with a tasting of Silver Oak and Twomey wines. You’ll hear (and taste!) first-hand from Winery Chef and cookbook author Dominic Orsini how he matches his craft to that of the winemakers, using local ingredients, with herbs and vegetables from the Silver Oak Gardens to create his pairings.
